We provide professional, reliable pest management services throughout the greater Portland metro area and operate with a commitment to integrity and customer care. Position Overview The Pest Control Technician provides residential pest control services, performs property inspections, and communicates treatment recommendations to customers. This is a field-based position that includes daily driving and hands-on service work. Paid training is provided, including support for obtaining required Oregon pest control licensing. Key Responsibilities Provide pest control services for residential customers (ants, spiders, rodents, wasps, etc.) Inspect properties and implement treatment plans Use mobile software for route logging and customer communication Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials Educate customers on prevention strategies and long-term solutions Identify and offer additional service options when appropriate Qualifications Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently in a field environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to obtain required Oregon pest control licensing (training provided) Prior pest control experience preferred but not required Work Environment Field-based position with daily driving Exposure to outdoor conditions in all seasons Physical activity including standing, bending, lifting, and handling equipment Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
