Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

with experience supporting elementary students in grades K-5. This
contract position is located in Eugene, OR, serving a dynamic
school environment that values early intervention and speech
therapy services across the K-12 spectrum. Candidates will have the

communication skills and support academic success. Key
Qualifications: - Valid certification or licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist. - Experience working with
elementary-aged students (K-5). - Strong knowledge of speech
therapy techniques and individualized education programs (IEPs). -
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication and
organizational skills. - Flexibility to support various grade
levels (K-12) as needed. - Availability for possible Extended
School Year (ESY) services. Location: Eugene, Oregon Primary
Responsibilities: - Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of
speech and language disorders. - Develop and implement
individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs. - Monitor
and document student progress with clear and detailed reporting. -
Participate in team meetings to support comprehensive educational
planning. - Communicate regularly with families and educators to
foster collaboration. - Adapt strategies to accommodate a range of
