Seeking Special Education Teachers for K-12 School in Newberg, OR This contract position offers the opportunity to provide specialized educational support to students across elementary and middle school levels, focusing on resource and developmental classrooms. The role is fully onsite with a school year (CSY) duration. Open Positions: 2 Elementary Resource positions providing support in Math, Reading, and Writing 1 Middle School Developmental Classroom role focusing on students with low cognitive and basic skills 3 Elementary Developmental roles specializing in behavior and basic skills support Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom environments Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credential for K-12 Experience working with diverse populations of students, including those with behavioral and cognitive challenges Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in-person full-time Additional Requirements: A recent supervisor reference with contact information is mandatory for application consideration Interviews will begin the week of January 5th Work Schedule & Location: 37.5 hours per week, onsite in Newberg, OR Contract position for the school year If you are a dedicated Special Education professional ready to support student growth in a dynamic K-12 setting, apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
