Im local to the area and deeply connected to the community we serve. Outside of work, youll usually find me hiking, waterfall hunting, spending time near the water, floating the river, reading (I average about 200 books a year), or heading to a concert. Im married, have a cat, and truly value balance and enjoying life outside the office. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Were actively involved with the Opportunity Foundation and Every Child, including organizing drives to support foster children during the holidays. We also work closely with Guardian Group and BNI members, founded our BNI chapter in 2019, and stay engaged through the local Chamber of Commerce. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Jessica Anderson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
