Join Weyerhaeuser Cottage Grove Lumber! We are growing our team and have immediate openings for Entry Level Production positions. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to work in a manufacturing environment. The entry level starting wage is $25.77 per hour. Apprenticeship Opportunities Union Membership Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work in the U.S. Must hold a high school diploma or GED Must attach a current resume to the application Must be available to work all shifts, no exceptions, including nights and weekends Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Must be able to pass random drug testing, including marijuana Successful candidates need to be able to: Have 100% commitment to safety rules and polices Take pride in their work, be motivated, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment Have good communication Be willing to wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment) Have good attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts Work in a team setting and accept accountability for a team's results Have one or more years of manufacturing or industrial clean up experience preferred but not required Lift 2-50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and in dusty and noisy conditions About Weyerhaeuser We sustainably manage forests and manufacture products that make the world a better place.
