For more information, visit https://www.maximus.com.Description--- Monitor and manage site conference room schedules/calendars.--- Assist customers with meeting room scheduling.--- Reschedule and rearrange meetings for customer on an as needed basis.--- Setup site conference room meetings that require multi-site connectivity.--- Provide tier 1 support to customers for audio, video conferencing, webcasting and projection needs.--- Monitor audio and video quality throughout meetings when needed.--- Coordinates with customer to determine meeting room infrastructure requirements for non-standard meetings.--- Daily system testing to ensure equipment and room functionality.--- Responsible for escalating all 'next level' break fix issues to the technical team for resolution.--- Utilize the Service Desk ticketing system to respond to end user requests and create new tickets.--- Ensure meeting rooms are organized and presentable for use.--- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies.--- Develop and use knowledge base documentation.--- Provide an exceptional level of customer service while working in a fast paced, dynamic complex environment.--- Work under little supervision on day-to-day basis.--- Provide hardware (i.e. laptop/desktop/printer) and software (i.e. Windows OS) support as needed in person to customers and on phone.--- Participate in special projects as required.What You Need:The ideal candidate will have the practical experience and technical skills with the following guidelines:--- Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.--- Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.--- Flexibility to adapt to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities, and unpredictable events as they arise.--- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in diagnosing complex technical issues involving workstations, connectivity and applications.--- Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.--- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows (7/10) operating systems and Microsoft Office productivity products.--- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a support team.--- Ability to support and interface with VIP/executive level personnel.--- Ability to adapt to unfamiliar systems and situations with minimal review/supervision while interacting with the customer.--- US Citizenship requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:* Albany, OR 97321: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
