Description: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Yard Associate to join our team at Hennick's Home Center in Bandon. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically active, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. As a Yard Associate, you'll play a key role in helping customers load materials, maintaining a clean and organized yard, and supporting daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently Ensure yard areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed) Help customers locate items and provide knowledgeable, courteous service Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environmentRequirements: Qualifications:Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or similar outdoor labor role is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions Basic understanding of building materials and hardware (or willingness to learn) Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player mindset Valid driver's license may be required for some tasks (e.g. equipment use) What We Offer:Competitive hourly wage based on experience Employee discounts on store merchandise On-the-job training and opportunities to grow within the company A supportive, hands-on team environment If you're someone who enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and helping people get the job done, we'd love to have you on board.PIf43d3667a882-25660-37476597
