We are seeking an experienced, self-starting individual to join our company as a Production Scheduler. As part of our production team, you will maintain production schedules according to planned production goals, maximizing effectiveness and throughput in all aspects of the production process. You will also distribute upcoming schedules to team leads and supervisors, and coordinate with our leadership team to ensure ideal staffing levels and coverage. This is a specialized position, and our ideal candidate has considerable professional experience within a production environment, especially as related to heavy manufacturing scheduling.


  • Develop and distribute daily and weekly production schedules based on a monthly production schedule.
  • Develop meaningful measurable production metrics and reports.
  • Examine all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes wherever possible.
  • Assume responsibility for technical writing tasks associated with production processes.


  • 5+ years in a production environment, 3+ years specifically in production scheduling.
  • Strong organizational acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Thorough knowledge of MRP system functionality and limitations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite applications.
