supervision, warehouse workers are cross-trained to work in various
positions throughout the warehouse and are required to work any of
the designated warehouse shifts (1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and
Graveyard Shift) based on the needs of the business.

- Plans and
organizes daily workload and ensures that work is performed in an
efficient manner that meets VSI quality standards of performance as
well as daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and

satisfactory completion of the job.
- Performs a variety
of routine warehouse duties such as packaging, shipping, receiving,
inventory control, refrigeration unit duties, pulling/stocking
products, order selection, and any other warehouse duties assigned

with VSI safety rules as well as warehouse
- Depending on the
assigned work station, employee may be required to operate a
computer (data entry, to maintain inventory standards, and/or to
generate computer reports for management's review).
- Based on business
needs, required to travel periodically using personal vehicle or
via carpool, to set-up and take-down trade show
