This position is responsible for performing a wide range of complex mechanical engineering functions related to the design, testing and evaluation of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. This individual will provide project solutions, estimates and designs on complex projects relative to budget, performance and schedule. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing multiple automation projects ranging from $200,000 to $20 million in value from proposal development, into project kick-off and through customer acceptance. This individual may have up to 10 or more direct project related team member reports including company engineers, subcontractors, and other members of a multi-disciplined engineering team. In addition to implementing traditional project management methodologies, responsibilities including coaching and mentoring the project team to assist them in the problem solving and execution of their roles.Essential Duties andResponsibilities1.
