At US Foods, a leader in foodservice distribution, we are seeking a seasoned Director Night Warehouse to oversee our night-time warehouse operations, ensuring seamless supply processes to support our vast distribution network. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of goods from inbound handling to outbound distribution, upholding our commitment to provide superior products and services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, and the ability to drive process improvements. Oversee and manage all night warehouse operations including staff performance and operational flow. Ensure all activities adhere to logistic and supply chain safety standards. Coordinate with other department heads to ensure efficient, timely and accurate product distribution. Analyze operational data to project warehouse needs and develop plans for business efficiency. Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to enhance performance and development. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall service levels. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
