Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Night Shift Forklift Driver/Palletizer to join our dedicated production team. If you’re skilled in forklift operations, focused on safety, and ready to excel in a cold storage environment, we want to hear from you! Job Responsibilities: Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload pallets into the palletizer and pallet wrapper. Hand stack finished goods onto pallets securely for transport and storage. Transport raw materials efficiently across the production floor. Enter material data accurately into the production database. Provide necessary packaging materials to the packaging department. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Operate equipment while following all safety protocols. Assist in other production tasks as directed by the Manager. Qualifications and Skills: Must hold a valid forklift certification. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently during the shift. Able to work effectively in cold environments, down to -10&degree;F. Demonstrates excellent attendance and reliability. Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication. Shift Details: Schedule: Sunday through Friday, 10 pm - 6:30 am Pay: $19.50/hour Hours: 20 - 40 based on sales orders Why Join Quality Harvest Foods?
