JOB Description:The SAP Solution Architect will oversee and guide the continual maturity and investment within SAP deployments.

• Develop and maintain SAP roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify and define requirements for new and existing SAP solutions;
• Design, develop and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, utilizing industry best practices and standards;
• Provide inputs to SAP related projects, ensuring they are aligned with overall objectives and best practices;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in SAP solutions and processes;
• Develop and maintain relationships with key SAP vendors and partners.Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of HCM processes and business integrations with other areas;
• 15 years of experience in implementation and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Applications with a focus on HR/HCM and SF modules;
• Experience implementing SAP HCM functionality understanding SAP Time Evaluation and SAP Payroll rules and schemas;
• 5 years of experience implementing SuccessFactors modules Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, EC Payroll, CDP, P&G, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits;
• Deep understanding and knowledge of HXM FIORI apps;
• Experience on integration of SuccessFactors with S4/HANA modules;
• Experience managing Integration designing HCM and Payroll integrations;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and techniques;
• Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation;
• Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
