Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives!Call center in Albany is now hiring customer service representatives to work in their inbound call center. The representative will answer calls related to cellular device insurance at a great company with lots of room for upward advancement.This is a full time, long term position.Location: Albany, OREnvironment: Business casual call center environmentShift: Various day shiftsPay: will vary based on experienceMain ResponsibilitiesAnswering phone calls to process customer cell phone insurance claimsReceive and answer customer questions, and resolve concernsMaintain and update customer records as neededBalance workload based on business needs, between clerical work and inbound callsAttend workshops, seminars, and other training sessions as appropriateParticipate in special projects, assume new responsibilities, and adjust priorities as needed.
