brand-new Bamboo Sushi location in Bend, Oregon in early 2026 , and
we’re looking for enthusiastic Prep Cooks to help set the
foundation for a smooth, high-quality kitchen operation from day

kitchen, this is the perfect opportunity. What You’ll Do As a Prep
Cook at Bamboo Sushi, you’ll play a key role in preparing the
ingredients and supporting the kitchen so every dish is ready to
shine. Responsibilities include: Prepping ingredients and
maintaining organized, ready-to-go stations Supporting the kitchen
team across prep, cleaning, and other tasks as needed Ensuring all
food is handled safely and workstations remain clean and organized
Collaborating with BOH and FOH teams to deliver consistent,
