Job Description:

Allied Seed, LLC seeks highly motivated self-starters for full time Data Entry/Customer Service position. Prior experience in the grass seed industry is a plus but not required as we are willing to train!Minimum Requirements: - Experience in meeting customer needs and responding to customer inquiries - Employee must have good organizational and computer skills - Experience and/or education using Microsoft Office Applications - Experience entering and retrieving information using database systems - Must have the ability to make good judgments and prioritize work; self-starter - Must be able to communicate, interpret and process information - Good verbal and written communication skills - Employee must possess excellent attention to detail - Ability to work overtime (including weekends) as needed - Ability to pass background check and drug screeningAttributes, Duties & Responsibilities: - Ability to work well with others; team player - Ability to work with minimal supervision and to follow verbal instructions - Ability to communicate effectively - Verbally explain decisions and resolve problems - Ability to multi-task with constant interruptions and to remain organized and adaptable to changing work tasks/responsibilities - Data entry - Large volume of data entry primarily using Microsoft Software (MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Dynamics GP/Cinch) - Typing, ten key, copier, fax, scanner - Manufacturing Work Order Entry and Processing - Lot Analysis Entry - Order Entry - Create/Print Tags - Assist with Project Management and Production Management as needed - Meeting Notes - Customer Service, Production, Safety, etc. - Answer multi-line telephone - Respond to and filter a large volume of emails - Often research and scanning is required prior to response - locate tests, review payment history, etc. - Communicate with Customer Service Team Members, Warehouse Team Members, Sales Team Members, Customers, Vendors, Growers, Brokers, Drivers and Management - Inventory shortages/concerns - Order updates and shipping information - Audit sales information for accuracy and forward to customer - Payable/Receivable Inquiries - Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Backup - Prepare shipping paperwork and packages - UPS/Mail/BOL/Inventory Transfers - Filing - Accounts Payable, Sales Orders, Manufacturing Activities, Inventory Transfers, etc. - Other duties as assignedJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
