SPECIALTY: NP for Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine
TYPE: 1099 locums contract
LOCATION: Oregon
JOB NUMBER: 40752

DETAILS:
Lake Oswego and Portland, OR (may float at sites that are within 20 miles of each other)
ASAP through July 1, with possible extension.
Mon-Fri 8a-5p - shifts TBD
OccMed and Urgent Care clinics

REQUIREMENTS:

Active OR license
Active DEA
BLS or ACLS certification
DOT certified - a must
Must Suture
Locals highly preferred

COMPENSATION:
