Locums Hematology & Oncology Clinic + Call Coos Bay, OR Why This Role Long-term ongoing coverage opportunity Established cancer center with physician and APP support Outpatient-focused practice Balanced Hematology and Oncology patient mix Epic EMR environment Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center Schedule: 4-5 days per week Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Call Type: 7-day call rotation Call Ratio: 1:4 Weekend Call: Approximately 1 weekend per month Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day EMR: Epic Requirements Active OR license Board Certified in Hematology Board Certified in Oncology DEA Clean history Self-Query NPDB CAQH access available Clinical Details Medical Oncology and Hematology coverage Approximately 80% Oncology and 20% Hematology Outpatient cancer center setting Radiation Oncology support available Supported by 3 physicians and 2 APPs Inpatient involvement limited to chemotherapy admissions Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary cancer care team
