Job Description:
Join American Medical Response (AMR), a leader in emergency and
non-emergency medical transportation services, which operates
across numerous communities in the U.S. AMR is currently seeking
dedicated and compassionate Paramedic Basics who are ready for the
challenge of providing critical care and ambulance services in
various settings. As a Paramedic Basic at AMR, you will be an
essential part of our team, responding to emergency calls and
providing medical support and transportation while ensuring patient
care in the pre-hospital environment. Respond to emergency and
non-emergency calls calmly and efficiently. Assess patient
condition and implement preliminary diagnosis and treatment.
Operate ambulance equipment and maintain its readiness. Document
patient care activities and maintain reports as per protocols.
Collaborate with other paramedics and healthcare professionals.
Ensure adherence to safety and health protocols. Strong clinical
judgment and decision-making skills. Proficiency in advanced life
support and emergency response. Ability to maintain composure under
pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
State Paramedic License. CPR Certification required. Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification desirable.
