Job Description PhysioFIT We are a performance-focused Physical Therapy and Performance clinic built around three principle - performing the basics exceptionally well, being objective, and being highly effective. We bridge rehabilitation through performance using progressive loading, objective testing with dynamometers and force plates, and high level coaching standards. We don't separate rehab from performance - we integrate them. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist based in Bend, OR. One on One treatment. No aides. Mix of cash and insurance. Expected to provide high-level individualized care across the age and performance spectrum. We work with athletes from Crossfit athletes, weightlifting athletes, high level youth gymnastics, high level youth volleyball athletes, and all the way to your weekend warriors. We also expect a high level of customer service along with exceptional treatment. Built into our weekly schedules, we try to have bi-monthly learning and mentoring. Full time schedule is 32 patients per week with another 5 hours paid for growth and education. Qualifications You must train consistently yourself and value strength programs High level understanding of Strength and Conditioning principles Can coach movements - not just prescribe exercises Enjoy being on a team Take pride in your outcomes and learning State licensure as a Physical Therapist and any additional certifications required in Oregon NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
