We are currently seeking a dedicated Operating Room RN to join our skilled team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing top-tier surgical care and ensuring seamless operative procedures. The Operating Room RN will collaborate with surgeons and healthcare staff, manage preoperative and postoperative patient care, and maintain a safe and sterile environment. Assist in surgical operations under strict sterile conditions. Administer and monitor patient care before, during, and after surgeries. Prepare operating rooms with necessary surgical equipment and supplies. Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthetists, and other medical professionals. Adhere to all hospital safety protocols and surgical procedures. Conduct patient assessments and provide nursing care accordingly. Educate patients and their families on preoperative and postoperative care. Strong surgical and clinical skills in a hospital environment. Excellent teamwork and multi-tasking abilities. Good knowledge of hygiene and infection control standards. Ability to handle stressful situations and make informed clinical decisions. Proficiency in using medical software and surgical equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia. Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred.
