Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit health system, is seeking a
dedicated RN Staff Nurse for our ambulatory clinic to provide
exceptional nursing care in a dynamic team environment. Our

Washington. This role demands a compassionate professional with
excellent communication skills who can effectively manage patient
care and ensure safety protocols are followed with precision.
Provide direct patient care while observing and maintaining the
standards of professional nursing. Collaborate with healthcare team
members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and
monitor responses. Record patient vital signs, symptoms, and
medical information while maintaining confidentiality. Educate
patients and families on health care needs, conditions, options,
and preventative measures. Proficient in clinical expertise and
patient management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary
team. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Oregon and/or
Washington. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
