Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit healthcare system renowned

seeks a Patient Safety Program Manager to enhance the quality and
safety of patient care across our network. This pivotal role
involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance
of patient safety programs, analyzing incident data to identify
trends, and collaborating with varied healthcare teams to foster a
culture of safety and continuous improvement. Develop and implement
comprehensive patient safety programs in alignment with
organizational goals. Lead interdisciplinary teams in the analysis
of incident reports, root cause analyses, and safety audits.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on patient safety
practices for staff at all levels. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on patient safety trends and
program effectiveness to senior management. Stay updated with the
latest in healthcare regulations and safety protocols to ensure
organizational compliance. Promote a culture of continuous
improvement and open communication regarding patient safety. Strong
leadership and team management skills Proficiency in data analysis
and statistical methods Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety best
practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with
high attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Professional in Healthcare
Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)
preferred.
