Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit health system operating in
Oregon and Washington, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses
(RN) to join our Resource Team Float Pool. This dynamic role is
pivotal in providing high-quality patient care across various
departments within our extensive network of hospitals and clinics.
As a member of the Float Pool, you will utilize your versatile
nursing skills to support different medical teams by adapting to
multiple clinical environments, ensuring the delivery of
exceptional care and maintaining continuity within patient
treatment. Provide competency-based clinical nursing support across
various departments. Adjust quickly to different clinical settings
and medical teams. Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations
and safety standards. Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records. Participate in educational
opportunities to maintain licensure and competency. Facilitate
patient comfort and support recovery goals. Strong adaptability and
resilience to swiftly transition between departments. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various
healthcare teams. Proficient in multiple nursing specialties
preferred. Capability to make independent decisions when
circumstances warrant. Knowledge of medical software and electronic
health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
