Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Portland, OR Agency: Care Career Pay: $2,527 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/31/2026 About the Position Case managers work to facilitate patient care by assessing patient needs, evaluating treatment options, creating treatment plans, coordinating care, and gauging progress. The overall goal for case managers is to improve clinical outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and promote cost-effectiveness.
