ID: 75644206 Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Description: TRAVEL EXP ED or ICU Exp RN House Sup - Req 9697Will position float between units: yes per unit needsIs on-call required? Please note, it s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside. Typically weekends are every 3rd but sometimes every other if someone is on vacation or leave Pre-Approved Time Off : one Orientation Hours : 48 Facility & Patient Care Details Patient Age Groups : Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Daily Census : 15 Number of Visits Per Day : - Number of Rooms : 25 Number of Beds : 25 Additional Unit Information Interdisciplinary Support : Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Unit Secretary Patient Diagnoses : CHF, NSTEMI, pneumonia, total joint replacements, sepsis, overdose, general surgical patients, oncology, geriatric services Special Procedures/Unit Details : No cath lab, no IR, no neurosurgery. We do offer general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN (350 births a year), ENT, podiatry, wound care services, and endoscopy. 25 bed critical access hospital. Must be prepared to respond to a variety of clinical needs and situations. There is always an administrator on call to assist. Nurse Managers are available during dayshifts for additional support. There is an ED physician in house at all times. There is on call pharmacy support overnight. Must be comfortable mixing some antibiotics and basic pressors that are not available via premix. Special Equipment : - Tier3 Travel Compliance SSN DOB RTO - 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved . Anything more, traveler will sign contract with pending RTO. *Anything more than 6 Days will potentially delay your offer while we run approval by the client. To minimize turn around please limit total RTO requests. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent.
