An assigned medical assistant and triage RN team support patient management across all service areas. About the Clinician's Workday The cardiovascular diseases nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive cardiac care across inpatient and outpatient settings with weekly rotation schedule. Responsibilities include managing 8-15 hospitalized patients and 15-18 clinic patients per day, conducting cardiovascular assessments, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team. The clinician will work 4 x 10-hour day shifts with prescriptive authority and board certification requirements. The position involves device clinic management and collaboration with dedicated device clinic staff.
