Description Under the supervision of a registered nurse provides
supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according
to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance
with state and federal regulatory requirements. Providence

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Upon hire:
Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License - Upon hire:
Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License - if practicing
within this state. - 2 years of experience, OR Nursing student with

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
