Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract) We're
hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 26-week
contract in Portland, Oregon — earn up to ($2332 - $2455 per week)

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to
labor and delivery patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions
during labor and delivery. Achieve individual performance targets
and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with healthcare team to
develop patient care plans. Participate in professional development
and training opportunities. Engage in performance measurement and
improvement initiatives. Educate patients and families on labor and
delivery processes. Document patient care activities and outcomes
accurately. Evaluate and implement best practices in labor and
delivery care. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at
all times. Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.
Support and mentor junior nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Oregon and BLS
certification required. Commitment to continuous professional
development and training opportunities. Proven track record of
achieving individual performance targets and team goals. Experience
in labor and delivery nursing with a minimum of 2 years preferred.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in a healthcare
setting. Strong communication skills to educate patients and
collaborate with healthcare teams. Ability to engage in performance
measurement and improvement initiatives. Willingness to adapt and
implement best practices in labor and delivery care. Ability to
document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
Experience mentoring junior nursing staff to foster professional
