Rate: $38 – $43 per hour (based on experience) Shift: Day Shift
(5x8) 13-week contract Schedule: 40 hours per week. Start Date:

care? We’re looking for a skilled and dependable PTA to join our
team. Job Duties: Assist the Physical Therapist in providing
rehabilitative services to patients Implement treatment plans to
help improve patient mobility, strength, and function Monitor and
document patient progress Collaborate with a supportive
interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care Requirements:
Active Oregon state PTA license Previous experience in a clinical,
rehab, or skilled nursing setting is a plus Clear criminal
background check(s) & drug screening Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
BLS Certification COVID Vaccinated First-time Travelers Benefits of
