winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the
Cardiac Cath Lab. Participate in ongoing training and professional
development opportunities. Assist in diagnostic and interventional
procedures for cardiac patients. Engage in performance measurement
and feedback processes. Contribute to achieving departmental
targets and goals. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes
during procedures. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control
measures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Evaluate and implement best practices to
improve patient care. Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care
and technology. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and
documentation. Educate patients and families about procedures and
post-care. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in Oregon
with a focus on cardiac care. Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
procedures and patient care. Ability to monitor and respond to
patient vitals during procedures. Strong commitment to ongoing
training and professional development. Knowledge of safety
protocols and infection control measures. Excellent communication
skills for patient and family education. Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in
maintaining accurate patient records and documentation. Willingness
