Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum Location: Albany, OR Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,866 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/12/2026 About the Position Responsibilities (LDRP RN – Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases. Deliver newborn care , including initial assessments, monitoring, and supporting parents with infant care. Support and assist with GYN surgical care , as the LDRP team is trained in these procedures. Monitor maternal and fetal status, documenting vital signs , fetal monitoring interpretations, and changes in condition. Collaborate with OB providers, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and the wider medical team to ensure a safe, family?centered environment . Administer medications, including IV therapy , induction/augmentation agents, postpartum medications, and emergency interventions. Provide patient education , including labor expectations, breastfeeding support, postpartum care, and newborn safety. Assist with deliveries , including vaginal births and supporting C?section care coordination. Maintain skill competency in required emergency responses such as NRP , PALS , and ACLS ?level situations. Document care accurately in EPIC EMR . Ensure adherence to hospital standards, infection control, and safety policies. Participate in on?call or emergency response situations as needed. Requirements Job Requirements Licensure & Certifications Active Oregon RN license (must be unencumbered) BLS – Healthcare Provider Level (required) ACLS – AHA (required for AGH LDRP) PALS – AHA (required for AGH LDRP) NRP (preferred) STABLE (preferred) Experience Minimum 1 year of experience (in LDRP or related specialty) Other Requirements State license must be currently active EMR: EPIC Holiday coverage required Not bilingual required Shift: Days (0700–1930), every 3rd weekend
