difference. Job Summary The Pharmacy Manager plans, develops,
implements, coordinates, and manages high-quality pharmaceutical
care services under the highest professional standards. Serve as
Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for one or more pharmacies, ensuring
compliance with laws and regulations through education and policy
development. Report to regional pharmacy leadership and oversee
frontline staff or department leaders. Key Responsibilities
Represent the pharmacy on system, regional, and local committees.
Organize safe, appropriate, cost-effective medication therapy.
Support staff development, education, and well-being for pharmacy
and non-pharmacy teams. Meet operational, productivity, and
financial objectives. Coordinate investigational drug services and
promote medication safety via surveillance and education. Manage
budgeting, human resources, talent development, and succession
planning. Handle clinical duties: formulary management, order-set
standardization, multidisciplinary team involvement, and reducing
clinical variation. Oversee operations: regulatory compliance,
scheduling, new technologies/processes, purchasing/inventory
optimization, and staff onboarding/education. Align all duties with
the organization's mission and values. Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy. Active
Pharmacist License upon hire (state-specific). 2 years of Pharmacy
experience in a relevant area. Preferred Qualifications PharmD. 1
year of management experience. Additional Details Full-time, day
shift. No security clearance, visa sponsorship, travel, relocation
assistance, or overtime eligibility. Mid-Senior level; 2-5 years
