Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. Must-Have: Ability to travel to multiple points of care. Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have led to a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. Services include acute and swing bed rehabilitation as well as outpatient services. Outpatient services offered encompass sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance and dizziness rehabilitation, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
