position available. This role involves providing therapy services
in home health settings. You will have a patient ratio of 1:1. You
may visit up to 6 patients per day. A standard of 30 productivity
points is expected daily. Travelers with first-time home health
experience are welcome to apply. Weekend work is not required for
this position. There is no on-call requirement. The facility does
not require travelers to float between units. A primary series
COVID vaccination along with one booster is required. The position
allows for an average drive time of about 60 to 90 minutes per day.
Candidates should be prepared for occasional maximum driving
distances of roughly 60 miles. Business casual attire is expected,
with no jeans allowed. Scrubs are permitted but not required.
Charting will be conducted using an EPIC Remote Client and Rover.
Mileage reimbursement is provided at the IRS standard. All
travelers are expected to adhere to facility policies and
