Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning. Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention. Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills. Hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Physical Therapy in the employment state.
