Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential. Required Qualifications: Master's Degree From an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program. Or Ph.D. From an accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program. Or equivalent educ/experience. Coursework/Training Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet a particular department need. Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Occasionally a position will require specialized speech/language pathology experience to meet a particular department need.
