specializing in oncology outpatient infusion at Providence Hood

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program Upon
hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider
BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Washington Registered
Nurse License - if practicing within this state 1 year Nursing
