summary: The Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled
therapeutic services under the supervision of a physical therapist
to support patients with various diagnoses and disabilities,
promoting patient independence. This part-time role involves
delivering care primarily within patients' homes, offering
flexibility and direct patient interaction. The position requires
an associate degree, a state license, and certification in Basic
Life Support, supported by comprehensive benefits and professional

Providence Home Services- Oregon Schedule: Part Time/ Days/ 32
hours a week Supports Canby and Wilsonville Under the supervision
of a physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to
patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities,
taking into account individual patients special physical or
age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as
well as professional consultations to achieve maximum
patient/client independence in accordance with individual's

Degree in Physical Therapy, from an accredited program. Within 30
days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
