Description Physical Therapy Assistant- Providence Home Services
Oregon Schedule: Full Time, Days working Monday- Friday Servicing
Beaverton and Portland Under the supervision of a physical
therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients
with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into
account individual patients special physical or age-related needs.
Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as
professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client
independence in accordance with individual's functional level and
potential. Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic
services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their

Required Qualifications: - Associate's Degree Physical Therapy,
from an accredited program. - Within 30 days of hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association. - Upon hire: Oregon
Physical Therapy Assistant License. - Upon hire: Washington
Physical Therapist Assistant License - if practicing within this
