Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Neonatal NPs or PAs to
join a high-acuity Level III NICU team in Portland, Oregon. This
permanent role supports high-risk neonatal populations in teaching
hospitals. Key Responsibilities Manage care for critically ill
neonates and infants Attend deliveries and perform neonatal
procedures Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary
teams Participate in 12- or 24-hour in-hospital shifts Required
Qualifications Neonatal NP or PA certification Completion of a
neonatal fellowship or residency NRP certification Strong NICU
experience preferred Work Schedule 12- or 24-hour shifts (7am–7pm
