Physician Assistant | General Practice Location: Portland, OR Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Multnomah County Community Health Center - Full Time - 4 or 5 days per week Employed Average Patients seen: 20-22 Loan Repayment Compensation: $61.73 - $78.95 per hour Benefits: - PTO depends on years of service and varies between 224 - 460 maximum hours accruable - 11 paid holidays, sick leave, other leaves - medical and dental coverage, FSA - retiree medical insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance - all members of the bargaining unit will be provided full coverage as required by the Oregon Worker's Compensation Act -$2500 CME Education stipend for full-time providers and 5 CME days or (40 hours) Additional Info: The Immediate Access Provider delivers same-day and next-day care for new and established patients to reduce referrals to outside Urgent Care/ED. Unlike traditional APCs, this role has no patient panel but supports continuity with 0.8 clinical FTE and 0.2 indirect care. Provides assessments, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, minor procedures (sutures, biopsies, wound care, casting), interprets diagnostics, and coordinates with integrated teams (primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental). Covers colleagues, completes documentation, participates in committees, compliance review, and continuing education. Positions may be filled across Integrated Clinical Services clinics: East, Mid, Rockwood, North Portland, Northeast, and Southeast Health Centers. Requirements: - Valid NP, PA, or MD license - CPR/BLS certification - DEA certification
