Quality Program Manager RN - Nursing Services at Providence
Health and Services summary: The Quality Program Manager RN
oversees clinical quality improvements related to patient care by
standardizing workflows, protocols, and policies within clinics.
This role partners with clinic leadership to ensure accountability
and acts as a resource for clinical quality issues, including
safety and infection prevention. The position requires nursing
licensure, leadership experience, and a background in direct
patient care to drive best practices and enhance clinical services.
Description The Quality Program Manager RN is responsible for the
oversight of clinical quality duties relating to patient care.
Works to improve quality of care and strengthen the clinical staff
by standardizing clinical workflows, processes, protocols and
policies within the clinics and implementing best practices.
Partners and collaborates with Clinic Leadership for accountability
and ensure success. Acts as a resource for clinical issues,
concerns, and clinical quality improvement including safety,
infection prevention, medication management, and other clinical

people, we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's
Degree from an accredited school OR ADN plus 2 years additional
leadership experience. Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) 5 years Direct patient care. 3
years Leadership experience in addition to the direct patient care
experience needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience developing
clinical care policies, procedures, guidelines and protocols.
Experience with electronic medical record charting and

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
