Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Mount Angel, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,732 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Home Health RN in Mount Angel, Oregon, 97362! Home Health RN Registered Nurse Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience License: Licensure required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience required Description: Home Health RN position available in the West Salem/Woodburn area and surrounding regions. The shift is 8-hour days, 5 days a week. The facility requires a nurse to work 1:1 patient ratios, visiting up to 6 patients per day. The standard is 30 productivity points. Oasis experience is mandatory. The traveler must have reliable transportation. The facility will accommodate occasional longer distances but aims to minimize drive time. Primary series COVID vaccination and one booster are required. Charting will be done using EPIC and Oasis. Weekend work may be necessary. References are required from previous supervisors in a comparable specialty/setting. All travelers are expected to float between facilities within a given state.
