nursing job in Lebanon, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements -

Employment Type: Travel - DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Ambulatory
Infusion staff are knowledgeable in the care of patients with
cancer, autoimmune diseases, infections and more. We provide expert
care to the patients and all of their infusion needs. NOTE: This
position will be shared between the Lebanon and Albany offices. -
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN
license required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level BLS
required. AHA ACLS Provider Card required. IV Therapy experience
preferred. PICC and midline proficiency preferred. Chemotherapy
experience preferred. Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN)
national certification preferred. - Preference given to candidate
with current ONS/ONCC provider card. - Preference given to
candidate with PIV and CVAD access experience. Referral Bonus About
