EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.NLH ACLS and NIHSS required.Evidence of critical care training with one (1) year recent experience in critical care preferred.
