About The Position Registered Nurse Dialysis: Duration:13 Weeks Description: Registered Nurse (RN) in Dialysis provides direct care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments for kidney failure. They monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and ensure proper dialysis machine operation. RNs educate patients on managing their condition and assist in assessing and documenting patient progress. The role requires expertise in dialysis procedures, patient safety, and strong communication skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams. Our Dialysis RNs are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. Our RN's oversee a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families. Our Registered Nurses provide high quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
