Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | 4x10s or 5x8s Start Date:
ASAP Assignment Length: 26 weeks Type: Locums or Locums-to-Perm Who
you are Active Oregon NP or PA license (Required) BLS and DEA
certifications (Required) 1 year of clinical experience Experience
in FQHC, community health, or public health (Highly preferred) EPIC
