**Pathway to Partnership and Sign-On Bonus***Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist limited to Pediatrics to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care while ensuring a comfortable and positive experience for our patients. This role requires proficiency in pediatric dentistry practices, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards.*Duties** Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.* Diagnose dental conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.* Execute a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, fillings, and extractions.* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.* Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of infection control within the clinic.* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.* Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices, including the use of Epic for patient management.* Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care strategies.*Requirements** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.* Valid state dental license with no restrictions.* Nitrous Permit required* Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and general dentistry practices.* Experience or familiarity with root canal therapy is preferred.* Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.* Proficient in medical documentation practices and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.* Commitment to maintaining aseptic technique in all procedures.* Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is advantageous but not mandatory.Join our team and contribute to creating beautiful smiles while advancing your career in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* PediatricsSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Relocate:* Beaverton, OR 97006: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
