Join Trillium Family Services - Make a Difference in Young Lives and Families*********************************$2,000 Hiring Bonus (terms and conditions apply) ******************************Starting rate of pay: Unlicensed Starting $58,000 DOE Licensed Starting at $62,640 DOE + bonus** Outpatient Productivity Bonus - Trillium shares a percentage of the dollars they bring in when a therapist can keep their caseload at about 25-30 clients while continuing to provide high-quality care. The bonus is available to all full-time therapists and is calculated based on the number of services provided. You have completed a master's degree and are eligible for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage & family therapist.
